Data can be easily returned to you as a tab-delimited file or Excel sheet, with up to 22 values (answers) per questions at no extra cost. Survey on one web page (or as many as desired), with unlimited questions. Clients can be restricted to answer only once or as many times as you select. IP address can be logged to confirm e-mail or location. |

If your answer is yes, please send us your questions with responses, via e-mail
(text in body of e-mail, or as an attached MS Word document).
After we receive your preliminary tryout questions, we will create a survey for you to try out, AT NO COST. There is, however, a limit of five (5) questions for this trial survey. There is no obligation and never a charge for this tryout phase. If you wish, we will keep your survey/poll online for 30 days. If you wish to continue with a full survey, your next step is to complete an application (you can change your mind at ANY TIME).
Your survey will be kept on a secured page with a password you select. Your clients can be restricted to answering the survey only once.
Once we receive your payment (Visa and Mastercard accepted) or purchase order we will load your complete survey on our server and send you an E-mail with the private address and/or password. Call us for details. |
